Overview

Although TITAN Imaging is a separate application, stored documents and emails can be accessed directly from TITAN Commercial via the Archive tab. The Archive tab is a snapshot of the Archive tab in TITAN Imaging and shows all indexed items in their corresponding folders.

The Archive tab itself is split into two tabs, the Submission tab and the policy tab. The Submission tab displays all documents and emails relating to the account up until binding, while the policy tab only appears after the account is bound and contains all documents and emails pertaining to the binding and post-binding of the account.
