Copying Files to the Same Account

Currently, there is no direct way to copy a file to the same account. The following steps provide a workaround.

  1. If the file is already saved to your computer or Outlook, proceed to step #2. Otherwise, download the file from Archive.

If the file is an email, right-click and select Open in Outlook. When the email opens, click the  icon in the upper right corner to save the email to your inbox.

  2. Drag the file from your computer and drop it in Archive.

  3. Edit the Description and Category as needed. Click Send.

  4. Both the original and the copy are available in Archive.
