Deleting an email or document from the Archive tab or the TITAN Imaging Desktop tab in TITAN Commercial can only be done from TITAN Imaging.
Deleting from Archive
1. Open the submission in TITAN Commercial and click on the Archive tab. Click the TITAN Imaging button.
2. TITAN Imaging will open in a new Chrome tab. Click View all docs.
3. Locate the file to delete. To preview the file in the right pane, click the icon under the View column.
4. For the file or files to be deleted, click the Move document to Desktop icon under the Desk column. Although it looks like nothing happened, the file will now appear in the Desktop tab.
5. Click on the Desktop tab. This is the equivalent to the TITAN Imaging Desktop tab in TITAN CL. Check the box next to the file to delete. Before it can be deleted, it must be removed from Archive.
6. Click the Index icon .
7. Click the X under the Rmv. column. This will remove the file from the submission’s Archive.
8. Click Close.
9. Any file with a in the Arc column is still saved in the submission’s Archive and can’t be deleted until steps 6-8 are completed.
10. Select the files to delete by enabling the checkbox. To select all, enable the checkbox in the header. Since the files are no longer tied to a specific submission, the Arc column is now blank.
11. Click the icon to delete the files. They have been deleted from both TITAN CL and TITAN Imaging.
12. Under Archive, refresh to see the change.
Deleting from TITAN Imaging Desktop
1. Select any file in the TITAN Imaging Desktop tab. Click View in TITAN Imaging. This can be done from the home page or from within a submission.
2. TITAN Imaging will open in a new Chrome tab. To preview any file, click the corresponding icon in the View column.
3. If the icon appears in the Arc column, the file also exists in a submission’s Archive. It will need to be removed before proceeding to the next step. Follow the steps below to remove a file from Archive. Otherwise, proceed to step #4.
a. To remove the file from Archive, check the box next to the file and click the icon.
b. Click the X under the Rmv. column.
c. Click Close.
d. Repeat these steps until the Arc column is empty for all files to be deleted.
4. Under the Desktop tab, select the files to delete by enabling the checkbox. To select all, enable the checkbox in the header.
5. Click the icon to delete the files. They have been deleted from both TITAN CL and TITAN Imaging.
6. Under TITAN Imaging Desktop, refresh to see the change
