TITAN CL Request Bind

Liquid error: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass

All policies with a contract binding market are bound by the BSS team. Before requesting a bind,

  • Update the quote with any changes to the named insured, policy dates, TRIA, etc.
  • Confirm the agreement number is accurate (B for Brokerage and C for contract binding).
  • Verify required binding documents are clearly labeled and filed appropriately in Archive. Use FINAL or SIGNEDin the name to eliminate confusion for the back office. Required binding documents include, but are not limited to:
    • A completed, signed, and dated Acord Application
    • Supplemental Application(s)
    • TRIA form
    • Diligent Effort or any other applicable state specific form.

Note: If the carrier doesn’t require a new application every year, simply archive a copy of the prior year’s application in the current term with a note addressing the policy date discrepancy.

To notify BSS a quote is ready to be bound, select the appropriate quote under the Quote tab. Then, click Request Bind.
