Introduction to the ImageRight Browser Client

Liquid error: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass

The ImageRight Browser Client is a new, web-based interface into the ImageRight file. This tool does not require a desktop install and can be accessed with a secure network internet connection making it easier for you to access important file information. The IR Browser Client will allow you to access the ImageRight file including documents and task information via the web. At this time, the access is read-only so no documents can be edited or exported.

Logging In

Access the ImageRight Browser Client at https://irweb.rtspecialty.com/imageright.web.client. Enter the same username and password you enter to login to your computer.

Searching

1. Click to open the search window.

2. Select the drawer from the dropdown. Enter all or part of the file name or file number using the % as a wildcard. Click Search.

3. Click any heading to sort the list. Click the heading again to sort in the reverse order, switch from ascending to descending. Open a file by clicking the file number.

Viewing a File

The left-hand navigation bar contains the Task List , Info Pane , and list of Open Files . Click any icon once to open it. Click the same icon again to collapse the navigation bar.

Click in the File Tree (a) to view a document in the Viewer window (b). View the Page Marks (c) to quickly open saved locations. Hover over the File Marks (d) to see the description. The View button (e) will not work because the browser client is set to read-only. At this time, documents can only be viewed within the Viewer window.

Closing a File

Close the current ImageRight file by clicking the x in the upper right corner of the screen.

Files can also be closed in the navigation bar. Hover over the file click the x to close a single file, or click Close All to close all files.
