All AIM documents, excluding invoices, are displayed in the Document Processing screen. Documents are either generated as part of an AIM process, such as quoting, binding, and endorsing, or generated manually using the Memo tool.
1. The template appears in the left pane. Text highlighted in gray cannot be edited because it is pulled directly from the submission. If any of the highlighted text is incorrect, cancel and reprocess.
2. Although the ImageRight document type defaults based on the template, it can be changed. Review the RT File Structure for a complete list of document types.
3. The Document and Page Descriptions can be edited. Creating a task and splitting documents are optional and can be applied by checking the corresponding box.
4. Click Discard Document if the template will not be used. When this is selected, the window immediately closes. The template will not import into ImageRight and a note will be added to the AIM Activity tab indicated the template was discarded. The discarded template will not be accessible in either system.
5. The template is imported into ImageRight when Save is clicked.
6. To email the template from AIM, click E-Mail. This will be the only time In E-Mail will be available.
7. If emailing from AIM, click Attach to add attachments from ImageRight or an external source. This must be done before clicking the E-Mail button.
8. Clicking Cancel will end the current workflow and require users to start over. There will be no record of the process in AIM or ImageRight.
- The button changes to Close when the template has been saved.
