The ImageRight desktop is used to manage files, documents, diaries, and tasks. The File View tab consists of the File Information Pane, File Tree Pane, and File Navigation Pane. The To Do List, Completed Items, and Task History tabs are used solely to manage diaries and tasks.

- File Navigation Pane – The opened file navigation pane shows all files currently open. The tree hierarchy of the selected file in this pane will appear in the file tree section. The components of the file navigation pane include file name, file number, marked pages, related files, diaries, and tasks.
