AIM Opening Submissions to Another Team

Liquid error: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass

The Open to Another Team feature is used on a single submission to give access to a team outside your division. Once applied, the new team will be able to make changes to the submission as if it were their own.

This feature does not apply to the ImageRight file.

Open to Another Team

Follow the steps below to allow a team outside your division access to your submission.

Select the submission in the main grid.
On the menu bar, select Tools|Open to Another Team.
From the drop down, select the team that needs access to the submission. The list is alphabetized first by division, then by the user’s first name. Alternatively, type the team name in the field field.
Click OK to grant access, or click Cancel to abandon the change.
No indication is given the access was allowed. To verify, select Tools|Open to Another Team from the menu bar. The team selected previously will pre-fill in the drop down.
