Connecting Network Drives

For non-Citrix users, ensure all network drives are connected before opening AIM.

1. After connecting to the RSG Network via Global Protect, open File Explorer from the Windows taskbar.

2. In the left pane, scroll down to This PC. The network drives will appear green if connected, or red if not. Click on any red X to connect the drive.

Opening AIM

AIM does not require a username and password.

1. To open, simply double-click on the desktop icon.

2. If a System Message appears, READ IT. Click Close to continue.

3. Depending on user preferences, the Suspense Listing may appear. Double-click on any suspense to open the corresponding file. Review the Suspenses guide for further details Otherwise, click Close to continue.

Submission Management Screen

Menu Bar: Access all features and processes in the program.
Toolbar: One-click access to key features and processes. Review the Customizing the Toolbar guide to personalize.
Submission Status: Quick view access to the status of the submission.
View Tabs: View additional information for the selected submission in the main grid.
Quick Search Text Box: Search for submissions by the name of the insured, submission number, or policy number. Results are limited to the user’s division.
Advanced Search: Search for submissions using additional search criteria. Users see results from all offices.
Main Grid: Displays search results to select a submission to work.
Quick Search Selection: Determines the search criteria in the Quick Search text box. Also provides access to your open submissions and held files.
Show Search Results Filter:

All – displays all results

UnBound – displays all unbound submissions

In-Force – displays all bound and active submissions

All Policies – displays any bound policy (both active and inactive)

Main View Subtabs: View additional information for the selected submission in the main grid.
