App Support, Compliance, and Surplus Lines Tax make configuration changes to the system daily. If you aren’t seeing an update you are expecting to see, refresh the AIM database by following the steps below.
1. From the AIM menu bar, click Edit|Refresh Database|All Database Connections.
2. Click OK.

Note: AIM and ImageRight should be closed at the end of each day. Upon logging in the next day, any configuration changes made overnight will automatically be updated.
A Refresh shortcut can be added to the toolbar. Review the Customizing the Toolbar guide on the RSG Portal.
