AIM ProExec Data Screens Guide

Liquid error: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass

Completion of the ProExec Data Screen is mandatory for most ProExec coverages prior to binding. AIM will not allow a bind or request to bind until the information is entered. If presented with the error message below, click OK and exit the bind or request to bind process.

Access the ProExec Data Screen

1. On the Main tab, select the submission.

2. Access the ProExec Data Screen by clicking on Custom|RT Custom Menu from the AIM menu bar.

3. Click on the ProExec Data Screens button in the Custom Menu window.

4. The coverage dictates the form displayed. Enter all applicable information. Fields with a red asterisk are required.

a. If the coverage is exempt from the requirement, simply close the window to exit.

b. If the submission is a Midterm BOR or an Auto Renewal, the data is not required. If applicable, select the appropriate button at the top of the screen.

c. To load the data from the expiring policy, click the orange button. This button is only available if the submission is set up as a renewal.

5. When all information has been entered, scroll down to the bottom and click Save. Close the window to exit.
