AIM How to Edit the Physical Address and Filing State

To correct the filing state on an AIM submission, the physical address of the master record must first be verified.

1. Select Submission | Edit | Insured from the AIM menu bar.

2. Verify the Physical Address.

If the Physical Address is blank or not correct, proceed to Updating the Master Record.

If the Physical Address is correct, proceed to Updating the Submission Record.

Updating the Master Record

1. Correct the Physical Address and click OK.

2. Enable the bottom option, Update the Filing State field on the current submission to match the insured’s physical address. Click OK.

1. Select Submission | Edit | Submission from the AIM menu bar.

2. Select the correct Filing State from the dropdown. Click Save.
